Insurance coverage for medical nutrition therapy is dependent upon the insurance company, plan and diagnoses. Because it is not guaranteed that insurance will reimburse for nutrition services, payment is expected when services are rendered. We accept cash, check, Master Card and Visa. You will be provided with a superbill that includes insurance coding needed for reimbursement. It is your responsibility to submit everything to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
